Ryde Women 2025 Season
Women’s Information for 2025
It’s that time of year again! Women’s trials will be starting shortly for the 2025 Season, so anyone wanting to play in the 2025 season should fill out the expression of interest below:
Trials will officially begin the weekend after on Sunday, 9 February 2025.
Sunday 9 February – internal trial
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your start time to organise yourself and warm up. Attend the trial that matches with the grade you played in 2024. For anyone who didn’t play in 2024 reach out to me at womens@rydehockey.com.au for further info
8:30am – 10am: ML5/ML6/7s
10:30am – 12pm: ML1/ML2
12:30pm – 2pm: ML3/ML4
Sunday 16 February – External trial games vs strikers
There will be 5 games that all players will be split across – team allocation will be send out in week prior to games.
8am – 5th team
9am – 4th team
10am – 3rd team
11am – 2nd team
12:30pm – 1st team

Please note everyone wanting to be placed in a team this year is expected to be present at trials. If you can’t make it please email Sarah at womens@rydehockey.com.au
Calling all Coaches!
The women’s teams seek people interested in coaching for the 2025 season! If this sounds like you – even if you haven’t coached before but are interested, please fill out the EOI and have a chat with us.
There are options for coaches, assistant coaches and co-coaches (if you have someone you specifically would like to coach with!), and the club pays a coaching incentive payment as a token of appreciation to anyone taking the time to support our club and teams.
